OUR MISSION
The Jewish Professionals of Southwest Florida (YP SWFL) is designed to provide opportunities for Jewish professionals to build and maintain Jewish connections with one another through social events, charitable projects, and experiences with other agencies, synagogues, Jewish organizations and volunteer directed groups. The organization's committee structure has been created around five different interest areas: Jewish Education and Israel, Outreach and Social Networking, Community Service, Fundraising, and Leadership Development. The group is open to any young Jewish adult to join based on their interests.
Paul Sukholinskiy
President & Chairman
Paul Sukholinskiy was born in Moscow, Russia and came to the United States as a young child. In 2009, he graduated from Bernard Baruch College in New York City and received his Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Investments and a minor in Psychology. In 2011, he moved to Naples, Florida and in 2013, he graduated Ave Maria School of Law receiving a Juris Doctorate. He has been an active member in the Jewish community in Collier County and has dedicated a portion of his time in order to provide assistance to those in need. Mr. Sukholinskiy’s expertise falls under corporate and real estate law and he strives to continue his education in order to be able to better assist the needs of future and existing clients.
Batya Sabag

Batya Sabag is a true entrepreneur. Born in Israel of Jewish Moroccan descent, Batya is the mother of three children; two beautiful girls and one son, who is proudly serving in the military. Batya moved to United States in February 2003 to pursue her passions and dreams in the land of opportunity. While growing her businesses, Batya used her schooling and formal training in computer skills. She attained a degree in Education / Teaching in Israel with Computer and Technology as her major course of study. When the economy hit a downturn, Batya changed with it.Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to reinvent herself. Batya now excels in the areas of social media, SEO / SEM, mobile websites, applications and web site design. This is truly a passion for Batya and all of her clients agree!
Dan Sharff
Social Events Director & Chair
Dan Sharff is a native son of Columbus, Ohio and a current resident of Naples, Florida. In 2009, he completed his BSBA, majoring in Finance, at The Ohio State University. Following this, Dan finished his MBA at Xavier University in Cincinnati, where he was concurrently working in corporate banking. Seeking a change and wanting to pursue his lifelong interest in cars, he joined Hertz Corporation as a Contributions Strategist/Revenue Manager and moved to Naples in connection to their corporate relocation. An active participant in Jewish life during college and after, he is eager to find the events and activities in Southwest Florida that will foster a closer-knit community.
